Renting the Clubhouse.
Section 1 Renting Fees
Rental Fees
Saturdays and Holidays: (8 hr. minimum) $200 an hour
Sunday-Friday: (5 hr. minimum) $180 an hour
–
$15.00 per hour charge for security overtime for events booked for more than 8 hours.
Cleaning Fee $160
Available Rental Hours:
Consecutive hours between 8:00am - 1100pm. Your rental hours include set-up and clean up.

Section 2 Rental Process
Rental process
When you know your event date, check our calendar for Clubhouse availability.
Please submit, the “rental request form” using the large green button ↓ with your information.
You will be placed in our schedule.
We will contact you shortly to complete the rental process.
BOOKING FEE
A $100 booking fee is required to reserve your date. This fee is non-refundable.
PAYMENT
The rental date(s) are confirmed upon receipt of the signed Rental Agreement and Booking Fee. All remaining fees, along with the Event Insurance Certificate are due 30 days prior to the event.

Insurance Purchase
You are required to supply a certificate and endorsement of event insurance, that includes host liquor liability insurance. We can refer you to EventHelper.com for insurance needs. They are an independent insurance company.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be received in writing at least 30 days in advance of scheduled event to receive a full refund of the rental and cleaning fees. NOTE: Booking Fees are non-refundable.
If the event is cancelled less than 21 days prior to the rental date, 50% of the rental fees will be forfeited. NOTE: Booking Fees are non-refundable.
If the event is cancelled 7 days or less prior to the rental date, all rental fees and cleaning fees will be forfeited. NOTE: Booking Fees are non-refundable.
